Two years removed from the Giants managerial position, Gabe Kapler is moving up the ranks with another organization. The Miami Marlins promoted Kapler to the organization’s general manager position, the team announced Monday, along with other promotions in their baseball operations leadership. He becomes the sixth general manager in Marlins history.
