I think it's safe to say Sadowski is gone when RJ comes back. I could even see us trying someone other than Sadowski if he continued to struggle.
And maybe we add an arm before the deadline, and Sanchez goes back to the pen when RJ returns.

Sadowski got rocked today, but I'm gonna wait until his next outing before I criticize him. I mean, his first 18 innings were no joke.

I don't know how "safe" it is to say Sadowski will be sent down once RJ comes back
I believe both him and Sanches have at least 1 more start before Randy gets back into the rotation, and they will both have to have quality starts to make their case for that #5 spot, the book isn't closed yet

Yea i gatta agree i waould say him and Sanchez are on a start to start basis. Once one of them has a bad start or 2 in a row they will be moved down or in Sanchez's case back to the pen. I think the team wants to give Johnson as much rest as possible to make sure his 45 year old arm is fully healed. I also just want to thank who ever made this site again such a cool idea many props

I am getting to frustrated with the Giants right now. We havent been the same team since the All Star Break. Atleast Colorado lost and Lincecum is pitching tommrow.

I suggest keep sadowski back on Fresno and let Sanchez pitch if we don't trade him.

Pretty much. Let's see if any good offers come in for sanchez and we bring up sadowski, if not then just keep him down there.

I recently heard that it's a distinct possibility he's not coming back. I don't really think that it's true, but I guess you can't really rule it out at this point.

The Giants have one of the toughest second half schedules. Its going to be a rough second half but it will definitely test the true greatness of the team
